Our Process

Request for Proposal & Project Discovery
In the proposal and project discovery phase, the client provides detailed information about their project, including room layout plans, architectural drawings, and any other necessary documents. Clear and thorough requirements enable Choice Hospitality to create accurate proposals and timelines tailored to each project’s unique needs.

Project Quote Review, Document Review, & Down Payment

Choice Hospitality collaborates with the client to finalize the order and terms, marking the official start of the process once agreements are reached and the down payment is received.
Shop Drawings
Within 5 business days of receiving the down payment, Choice Hospitality provides shop drawings for client review. If customizations are needed, an additional 3-5 business days will be required to implement changes. Once the client approves the shop drawings, including finishes and measurements, the project progresses to the production phase.

Sample Production & Inspection

If requested and time permits, Choice Hospitality can produce a sample room for the client to review before full-scale production begins, ensuring that all design and quality expectations are met.
Full Order Production & Inspection
After the client approves the shop drawings, full production begins. Choice Hospitality provides weekly updates on project progress, along with production images as they become available. Each item undergoes a thorough inspection, and image verification of measurements is sent to the client for approval.

Product Packaging & Final Inspection

Loading Logistics & Customs
Choice Hospitality partners with an experienced Third-Party Logistics Provider with over 70 years in the industry. Goods are loaded into containers, and a detailed packaging list is provided to the client to facilitate efficient unloading at the job site.

All goods are carefully packaged and labeled with Choice Hospitality’s specific project codes and item details. A final inspection of the packaging is conducted to ensure the products are secure and ready for safe transit to the job site.

Product Packaging & Final Inspection
Most of the products are sourced internationally, and delivery typically takes around 4 weeks to reach the job site after departing from the port.
